Why does Tunde only support fixed deposit amounts?
Fixed deposit amounts (e.g., 0.1, 1, 10 ETH) prevent unique transaction patterns from being linked on-chain, enhancing privacy. Custom amounts could create identifiable connections, reducing anonymity.
Do I need to create an account?
No, Tunde is fully anonymous and does not require any personal information or account registration.
What is a Mix ID?
A Mix ID is a unique identifier generated during your deposit. You need this ID to withdraw your mixed ETH later.
Is my Mix ID stored on Tunde?
No, Tunde does not store your Mixer ID or any user data. Your Mixer ID is generated locally and only you have access to it. If you lose it, we cannot recover your funds, so be sure to save it securely.
What if I lose my Mix ID?
If you lose your Mix ID, you will not be able to withdraw your funds. We do not store or have access to your Mix ID anywhereâonly you have it. It is crucial to save it securely when you make a deposit, as losing it means your ETH will be permanently inaccessible.
Can I withdraw to the same wallet I deposited from?
Technically, yesâbut you shouldnât. Withdrawing to the same wallet you deposited from defeats the purpose of mixing, as it creates an on-chain link that can be traced. For maximum privacy, always withdraw to a different wallet.
How long does mixing take?
Mixing is typically processed within a few minutes after your deposit receives at least one blockchain confirmation. However, network congestion or additional security delays may sometimes extend this timeframe.
Is there a time limit for withdrawing?
Yes, you must withdraw your funds within 30 days of your deposit. After this period, unclaimed funds are considered a donation to the protocol and are no longer retrievable.
What are the fees for using Tunde?
Tunde charges a 1% service fee per transaction, in addition to standard network gas fes for both deposits and withdrawals. The total cost depends on network congestion at the time of your transactions.
