By accessing or using Tunde (tunde.to), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.
2. Description of Service
Tunde is a decentralized Ethereum mixing service designed to enhance user privacy. By using our service, you understand that transactions are non-reversible, and funds mixed are not recoverable without a valid Mix ID.
3. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for:
- Keeping their Mix ID secure and private.
- Ensuring they comply with local laws regarding cryptocurrency transactions.
- Using the service responsibly and ethically.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Tunde for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to:
- Money laundering or financing illegal activities.
- Fraudulent transactions or scams.
- Hacking, exploiting, or interfering with the smart contract.
5. No Custodial Responsibility
Tunde does not hold user funds and operates in a non-custodial manner. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed.
6. Fees
A 1% service fee is deducted automatically from each transaction. This fee is used to maintain the protocol.
7. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to upgrades, smart contract changes, or external factors beyond our control.
8. Security and Privacy
Tunde is designed to maximize privacy. However, users must also follow best practices such as using VPNs, different wallets, and proper transaction timing to enhance anonymity.
9. Limitation of Liability
Tunde and its developers are not responsible for any losses, including:
- Lost funds due to user error.
- Smart contract vulnerabilities.
- Regulatory actions affecting access to services.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes agreement to any modifications.
